HSCC Groundbreaking & MOA Signing
On April 9, 2025, a meaningful milestone was reached in Taytay, Rizal, as we officially broke ground on the Holy Spirit Church & Columbarium Complex—a development that blends sacred purpose with lasting legacy.

Located on a 1.6-hectare property along Cabrera Road, the complex will soon rise as a spiritual sanctuary and a place of remembrance for generations to come. This project is being developed by 7 Rose Petals Development Corporation, the same team behind the Shrine of St. Therese of the Child Jesus and St. Therese Columbarium in Newport City, Pasay. It is being undertaken in partnership with the Diocese of Antipolo and the PACEM religious order.
“This project is not just about constructing a church and columbarium,” said a representative from 7 Rose Petals Development Corporation. “It’s about continuing the legacy of service and spiritual formation that PACEM and the Diocese of Antipolo stand for.”

Rooted in Legacy and Mission
This endeavor is deeply rooted in a decades-long relationship between the Dizon family and PACEM, with the endorsement of the Diocese of Antipolo. The partnership began with the late Fr. Leonardo Polinar, PACEM’s founder and a close spiritual advisor to the Dizon family. Over the years, the family provided significant support—from offering shelter for PACEM’s early community in Antipolo to acquiring their Mission House in Binangonan.
When challenges arose that halted the original development plans in Binangonan, the vision was carried forward to Taytay. The name “Holy Spirit” was chosen by PACEM to reflect their spiritual source of inspiration and mission.

What to Expect from the Holy Spirit Complex
The Holy Spirit Church & Columbarium Complex is designed to be both sacred and accessible—blending solemnity with the comfort of community space. Key features include:
- A fully air-conditioned Roman Catholic church with seating for up to 350 individuals
- A columbarium with over 40,000 vaults thoughtfully integrated throughout the grounds
- A Stations of the Cross pathway for prayer and meditation
- Wake chapels and a dedicated pet columbarium.
- The Cabrera Arch Building, which will house commercial and office spaces
This development represents more than infrastructure—it embodies a commitment to faith-based community building, remembrance, and service to future generations.
A Meaningful Beginning

The groundbreaking ceremony gathered church leaders, PACEM missionaries, local officials, and members of the Dizon family, with blessings, inspiring messages, and a symbolic dig marking the official start of construction.
The Holy Spirit Church & Columbarium is expected to be completed by December 2025. Pre-selling for vaults and updates on construction will be regularly posted through our official website and social media channels.
